During my stay I needed medical assistance. The staff were quick and responsive to my needs and I felt I could not have been in better hands, Thanks to Vincent, especially. I was provided with immediate care at a nearby medical clinic, all within the hospitality of the hotel. Now THAT was unexpected and I'm very grateful. The sign of a great hotel. The level of care was first rate and I'm now fully recovered.

プラナカン文化に触れる旅を

歴史的建造物、しかもプラナカン文化を自分で体験出来た事は大変素晴らしい物となりました。それをサポートするスタッフさんの仕事も大変気持ちの良い対応でした。そしてになにより、ブルーマンションが朝の光、昼の太陽の下、夜このくつろぎの中でそれぞれ違う顔を見せてくれるたのは何よりも心震えた所です。Penangへ行かれる方には心からブルーマンションの滞在をお薦めします。

The hotel and staff are fantastic and the vegetarian 5 course meal we had on our anniversary in the restaurant was one of the best meals I've ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for making our anniversary such a wonderful memory.

Special place to stay

Such a beautiful and historic place to stay. It felt really special. Room was big and clean, service excellent, good choice for breakfast. We had the tasting menu which was delicious. And had the pool to ourselves for a couple of hours each day. Going to miss this place!

在世界遺產的古宅

整個就是跟遺產，平常是有很多的遊客參觀古宅，其實整體算是不錯，我也是為了這個遺產而入住，服務人員都很親切，會打招呼跟點頭微笑，房間很乾淨，冷氣超強，沒有電梯所以行李是由服務人員扛上去的，早餐不錯吃，只是品相不多，但整體而言我還是很推薦大家來住宿，真的很棒

Authentic heritage restoration beautiful fusion of colours from lamp shades to curtains and walls makes the building alive in its multifaceted balconies and corridors. The building is simply magnificent. No matter where you are or what you look at, it fills you with a sense of happiness. The breakfast was also incredibly delicious and the perfect way to start the day. In addition, a handwritten message was delivered to the room, and on it was a quote from the Dalai Lama, written by hand. Such a thoughtful gesture! Above all, the staff are truly exceptional. When I had a question about the air conditioner in the room, a staff member came to help — and to my surprise, he took off his shoes before entering the room. I was deeply moved by his politeness and attention to detail. When visiting Penang Island, I can no longer imagine staying anywhere other than CHEONG FATT TZE – THE BLUE MANSION!

I thought it is a beautifully restored heritage site that brings you back to the times of old and nostalgia. They have a great breakfast buffet and set local dishes. Lovely garden and small pool in the mansion ground.

This heritage mansion is a true delight to stay for those who appreciate culture and history. There is so much details of a gone by era to see and enjoy by staying at the mansion. The tour is a must as it compliments your stay and brings the entire experience to life! The staff are all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

What an amazing place to stay! We loved everything about the Blue Mansion - from the wonderful friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you to the delicious breakfasts, the spacious bedrooms with complimentary goodies and the beautifully decorated rooms & courtyards. The complimentary guided tour was informative & amusing. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Georgetown.
