"The hotel overall is slightly above average but i will come back again mainly because of its convienent. The mid valley mall connection was super convienent."

"Restaurants did not meet expectations. Servings took to long, drinks didn’t arrive on time, items offered in the menu were not available, portions were too big, food quality is below 5 star hotels (although the price is as 5 star hotel), and the menu was very restricted at night. There were neither bicycles for kids nor kids chairs for the bikes. "

"The breakfast buffet spread is good. however the concern is that the wait for coffee is too long. it should not be on machines only because the machines are always down and require servicing / attention and the staffs are too busy to attend to it. besides that, all is good. "

"From the security officers to the front desk staff & the all other staff at various sectors were friendly, alert & always in smile. - The security officers are great, always looking out around the premise's to ensure safety & render help whenever needed. On 1 night both my female guests returned to hotel near midnight, a security officer took the effort to escort them to the lift lobby to ensure they are safe. - The small issues was that 1 of my guest's room key was not functioning well & needed to approach the Front Desk in few trips to have it fixed."

"Breakfast menu had variety. From the standard rice noodle options to toast, croissants. They even had dimsums. Overall breakfast choices was good. Food was nice. There were lots of dining options around the hotel. The newrest kfc closed late, so we were able to grab supper."
