Perfect for a trip with friends

We spent two nights staying with my pals. The villas are worth staying in, with a nice environment and immaculate rooms. We had a great time. However, there isn't a tiny grocery in the resort, making it tough to purchase necessities. If we bring everything from home, the villas will be quite enjoyable. overall satisfactory to stay.

Check in and room service staff is good but property needs to be refurbished especially doors and grouts. Although lights & aircons are turned on before our arrival, staff still need to check if the aircon, tvs are working well before every check in. Cleanliness can be improved. Dish soap was given the used ones - I saw dirt and food crumbs in it. Perhaps can change to the liquid one. We had dead cockoaches lying around the house. Pool not clean too.. pool floor has lots of rough objects. The whole area was pitch dark at night. Need transport to go out to main clubhouse. Won't return.

No food available after 7.30 pm same re no drink but not informed of this upon arrival. Golf course is good but rest of the place tired unkept staff friendly but have no idea what they are supposed to do. Water leak from ceiling in bedroom, loss of power in bedroom safe nit working in bedroom all in all a bad stay will not go back

snacks attack

my snacks got attack by some civet cats lucky housekeeping was honest told me abt it and helped to resolve the problem with engineering. they couldnt change room for me or gave me a further discount but they were apologetic abt it.

We booked for a 3-bedroom but was upgraded to a 4-bedroom so in terms of space, we had plenty for our family of 5! The resort is of a large spacious scale so going to facilities from our villa required a buggy ride or a long walk but it was enjoyable for us. However, property is quite worn out from the accommodation to the facilities; no toiletries were provided either so please ensure you bring along yours! It was however a short enjoyable stay.

The staff attitude is polite and helpful. Room condition is spacious, clean and all equipments are working well. Parking lots are sufficient and easily assessible. I think breakfast should be provided in hotel price. There so many empty restaurant seats with no takers.

The best vacation ever.

Everything went smooth during our stay. The room is spacious. We enjoyed the activities provided at the Sports and Recreational TPGR which are free for the guests. Some of our family members jogged in the morning said they jog while watching some golfers at the site. Very recommended for big family.

Beautiful, clean n spacious

Istana villa is very comfortable, bright n roomy. 3 rooms came ensuite n my family enjoyed the convenience. Kitchen is well equipped with cutlery. However, there was no cleaning cloth to wipe our spills when making coffee n so there was a mass. Service staffs were very friendly too.
