"Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. "Love, love this hotel. 5 minutes walk from the Kyoto station.
Complementary lattes and matcha at the lobby. Breakfast selections were exceptional.
The hot springs were amazing. The massage chairs were a great additions to end our day after all the walking.
Complementary ice cream all day and late night ramen can’t ask for anything more.
The staff were very attentive.

Our room was not only clean but also equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the breakfast and light meals we tried a couple of times; they were quite satisfying! The lounge in the basement was a lovely touch, offering great snacks and drinks that we appreciated. Overall, we fell in love with both the hotel and Kyoto, and we can't wait to return!"
