"I stayed at this hotel last year and it was just as amazing if not better than the last. Hotel and room was clean. The staff was accommodating and patient. The area was quiet during the night and convenient for transportation around Tokyo. "

"Room was clean though a bit old, but acceptable for the price point. Close enough walk to Ikebukuro but far away enough you don't get any noise. Having a kitchen was a big plus, I cooked some great waguu steak in there. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel had everything that we needed and was in a very convenient spot by Ikebukuro Station. The area is a little busy and noisy, but nothing major. The bed is very comfy and the staff are very accommodating, though the room is a little dated. I would happily stay again."
