"This was a nice property, and our room was wonderful. The downside was that we were on one far end of the property and the only coffee shop was on the very far other end. They provided coffee in the rooms but you would think if you’re paying $300 a night for a room they could at least give you real creamer instead of the little packets dry powder creamer, it’s not like they can’t afford it. Yes, there was a “robot “to make coffee that was closer to us, but I would rather have a real person. Also there was no microwave in the room, and when you don’t eat all of your food from dinner, it would be nice to have a microwave to heat it up instead of having to throw it away"

"The parking lot was well lit and grounds were clean and neat. Common areas appeared clean but a little worn down. Our room size was lovely and in decent shape. There was some type of liquid that appeared to have ran down the lampshade and bathroom wall. The toilet barely flushed, you had to hold the handle for an long time. We notified the front desk and they never came to fix it. Also the sink is not really functional, the faucet is so close to the back that it splashed everywhere. The refrigerator was not turned on and there was water inside on the shelves and it was quite dirty. It was the lack of the staff not caring about the toilet that was such a disappointment !"

"I've stayed at The View Inn on several occasions. I have consistently found clean rooms, helpful staff, real breakfast incl eggs and meat. There's always free coffee available in the lobby. New this year, they offer beer (and wine?) in cans and bottles for sale and more snacks are available. 24-hr front desk. Great location just off a Rt 22 exit and across the street from shopping center with Walmart and big grocery store. I look forward to lodging there again, next time I'm in Bethlehem."

"Great place for families, especially if you have kids! There are lots of activities and entertainment for children, which makes the stay really enjoyable. My main complaints were about the room. The TV was above the fireplace and the screen had a strong purple tint, probably from the heat, so it was difficult to watch. The pillows were very uncomfortable and too firm, the mattress wasn’t great, and the mattress protector had several tears. Other than those issues, everything else was good. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars and would recommend it for families."
