Absolutely lovely staff and fresh coffee and lemon water in lobby very nice to have. The third floor hallway has a terrible smell that never went away during our four-night stay. Our room felt stale and the drapes weren’t on their tracks, mold in upper corners of shower and smudges on bathroom walls. Just feel very, very “lived in.”

They saved me from my original stay. I arrived after being “hotel homeless” from a terrible hotel that I had originally booked. I was bawling and feeling sick still from the other place. The front desk treated me like a friend, not a guest, and got me in quickly and early so I could shower and recover. This hotel was fresh, very clean, looks brand new. On site supper restaurant has a pub feel and the live music was great. Breakfast was fantastic even at the end of the continental window time. Staff even checked on me the second day to make sure I was ok! Convenient location, and I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. I didn’t make use of all the amenities this time but I will definitely stay again.

Ideal location if you are attending Musikfest, as it is right across the Hill to Hill Bridge from at least 2 of the bigger venues for the festival. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. And the staff kept the breakfast buffet well organized, clean, and well stocked.

It was a great stay. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and very friendly. It's unfortunate there was no pool like the website shows. Other than that everything was great. The room I had was in prestine condition. I'll definitely be back very soon. Thank you!

The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk (Jadda) was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard they were small and round which was fine. My husband brought me coffee and great danish and terrific blueberry muffin. We heard there would be a happy hour. That was a negative probably because it was a holiday. I will go there again. It’s centrally located in Bethlehem and was very affordable.

Recently remodel. Very nice facility with great staff. A nice, attached restaurant with complimentary breakfast. Convenient to both downtown and the airport. The attitude of the staff is refreshing, leading me to believe that management cares for their team. Recommend this hotel to anyone.
