The hotel was great. The staff are helpful and their housekeeping team are great. I also utilized the gym, although the gym is small , but I was still able to utilize their equipment. The breakfast was also delicious. They have varieties for both adults and the kids. I will definitely return whenever I am in the area.

The humidity was out of control. Our floors were wet and slippery. Bathrooms are tiny and the area was dirty (very dusty, ring in toilet, and other people's hair in the shower). There were people smoking and the smell came in our room. The body soap is actually shampoo. This is a "you get what you paid for" place. On the plus side, the staff were very nice!

Came here with my 3 children. Nice clean rooms and loved that there was a restaurant and heated pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can even make s’mores outside. Will make this place an annual visit with my family.

The room had a strong smell , we actually had to buy spray. The towels in bathroom were damp and one had makeup all over it! The hotel itself is old and has an odd smell. Very dusty. My son wore socks around the room before bedtime (1hr tops) the bottom of his white socks were black ! The staff was friendly and helpful. Having the lounge was nice. Indoor pool area was also nice. Outside wooden play area for kids was run down. The wood was rotted and one area was not save to walk on.

Hotel is convenient but somewhat outdated. Can really use a remodel especially the lounge which is probably from the 70’s. Rooms are clean. Our room keys kept deactivating so need to get replaced several times. They sell no water except through one vending machine which was empty. They did not tell me there was a water cooler on the lobby when I asked so had to drive to a store to purchase water. Breakfast is just ok.

I stayed here with the kids and they had a great time. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Definitely a great place for a family vacation.

The hotel was clean for how dated it is. Nice staff. Hotel def looks like they did a mini facelift but could use a little more. For example Our door handle feel off the door. The pool was nice but it was like a sauna in there. The lounge was enjoyable but they were out of everything we wanted to eat. The kids got the luckiest. There was a luau so they had some gear to have fun w. They also were only supposed to have a pull out bed that turned out to be BUNKBEDS. Major win for twins. Also the pirate ship play area was fun. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. We did hear the dj from our room but it was fine and ended at an appropriate time.
