I got a lot of problems with the Front Desk. From wrong room to bad attitude.Luckily we found an ANGEL. Her name is GRETEL and she got evrything straighted up for us. My family FIVE STARS REVIEW is just because of GRETEL. Thanks to GRETEL we will go back.

What I do like: Easy check-in, stuff is friendly, the place is clean and well-maintained. What I don’t like: Very bad soundproofing in the room, loud squeaks from the room above you when a person just walks there. Pretty damn restriction my 14-year-old boy faced when he was trying to take a breakfast alone: he can’t have a breakfast without a guardian until he is 18! Seriously? He can’t do it in McDonald or anywhere else, but not here.

It was very fun, I came with the whole family. The room was clean and super close to the games, we really liked that. The room we had was a bit outdated, our USB charging port wasn't working, and the furniture looked a bit worn off. The service was amazing; we had a great time because of the people, to be honest. The only downside was that some areas were a bit outdated, and the lobby carpet had a strong odor of humidity and puke. The pool had a very strong chlorine odor, making it impossible to be in for more than an hour, and the pools had rust areas. Bathrooms were always clean and on point. Restaurants were nice and clean, and the food was decent, nothing out of this world. Hallways were clean and well-maintained. I didn't like that we had to pay $25 for parking per day. Like, why don't you just give it for free to the guests who are staying the night? It's very inconsiderate.
