"We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Hilton Club W 57th Street in NYC. It was centrally located to all we were there to do and see, which added to the great time we spent in NYC. "

"First time that we stayed house keeping didn’t come right away. House keeping comes late in the afternoon. They need to come in the morning especially if you pay a lot for the room. They should come early especially if your on the lower floor I would think it’s closer to do "
"From the gentleman opening the doors, to the front desk staff to housekeeping- the Lucerne staff are warm, welcoming and professional. Incredibly comfortable bags and attentive service keeps me coming back and recommending them to anyone visiting the city. "
"Very nice hotel, in a quiet area, the room was updated, clean, and staff were friendly! Bakery under the hotel is great for breakfast and quick lunch"
"This is our 13th time staying here. Plan to return again Love this hotel. First time I had to book 2 queen beds and wish it toilet wasn’t extremely low & bathroom fan would be put in along with a stand up shower. Not sure if it’s because of queen beds as usually stay in room with king bed. Hope they update bathroom to comfort height toilet seats and stand up showers with fan. "
"Great location, looks very nice. The thing I don't like is the convenience fee -- it basically translates to paying $35-$45 for breakfast, which is ridiculous, even in Manhattan. "
"Our 1st family vacation following divorce. Son's 1st time in NY. We were thrilled with the hotel, its history, the location, and, mostly, with the people. It set the tone for the entire trip. The existence of the pool in this area is grossly under utilized. We would've reserved time in advance. Reservations and time "guidance" would be great."
