"The hotel provides me early check in and late check out. The only item that can be improved in the room is the lightning. It is very dim in the computer desk area. Very difficult to read or see the documents in that section. The rest part of the room is perfect and newly refurbished. Very functionable and efficient"

"Easy check in/out. Staff was friendly and tried to help as best they could with questions. The room was clean but there was some drain issues in the shower...It seems like some of the water is draining directly into the bathroom from under the marble below the door. Be sure to ask for extra towels to soak up the water! "

"Staffs are nice and receptive to feedback. Room looks cramped because of the location of fridge, kettle and tea. If they move these to the other corner, the room will feel more spacious. I cant sleep well during the stay because of loud noises at night. Seems like the hotel needs to improve their sound proof system. I can hear other guests sounds, discussions and loud noises such as door closing, opening, kids crying, etc. i hv provided the feedback and i hope the management will improve the soundproofing in the room/floor. "
