"Fantastic hotel and the best location. Right across from the beach! The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful when the worst storm in 20 years struck. They helped to keep everyone calm through the power outages. Our room was amazing. We were in a bedroom, ocean front suite and the views were spectacular. The room was very clean "

"Pool is extremely small and was out of service for 3 days. Room was dirty, bathroom need an urgent update. Check in staff was short and not nice. Elevators out of service Parking lot was a nightmare "

"Is non refundable. Was able to get refunded for the flight to and from. Got on the first flight and my wife had a panic attack on the plane so we weren’t able to get on the next flight and had to drive 1700 miles back home. Delta gave us a full refund thankfully but the twin fin gave nothing. Not even a call asking about the reservation. Very disappointed in the whole situation. Definitely will not book again through the twin fin"

"Incredible reno of the old ohana hotel. Hotel caters to various tours so the hotel was very busy. Only noticed it at the pool. Be aware that currently new hotel construction occurring across the street which is noisy and starts before 6am daily. "

"I LIKED THE PARKING WHERE YOU DON'T NEED TO TAKE A PARKING STUB WHEN YOU ENTER AND LEAVE SINCE A PICTURE OF YOUR LICENSE PLATE IS RECORDED. "

"Windows in our room leaked, the put a towel in it. We finally removed it when it started smelling musty. My husband fell off the platform out front, it took forever to get someone to help. Front desk employee who was just leaving work came over to help. She had to call repeatedly for someone to come assist us. They took a report gave him an ice pack and a band-aid. No further communication to check on him. Sliding door was hard to lock, kept blowing open during the storm. Not enough chairs by the pool, pool was cold. Other pool was closed. No special pool for adults only. I could go on with more but will just say, I will not stay there again. "
