"The old hotel with many original features; and stylish bathroom fittings, enormous comfortable bed, golden framed bed and mirrors, plenary of pictures. Beautifully large bedrooms, some recently refurbished. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Own car park at the back of the hotel. Good breakfast. Definitely will come again."

"Only odd thing was that children couldn’t serve themselves from the breakfast buffet, so parental are busy going up and down instead. Also would recommend putting an electric car charger in the parking. Nice fish pond"

"Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend."
