"Ok"

"The 1st room I was assigned to had no heat. After I notified the staff, a repair person came in 20 minutes. About 25 minutes later I was given a different room because the heater couldn't be fixed immediately. All was well with the next room. I went to the restaurant/bar one evening to order a burger w/cheese fries. They seemed a little slow preparing the order, but it could have been other orders coming in via phone or website.I say that because there weren't many customers in the place. The waitress wasn't the most pleasant I've seen. She was socially involved with 2 men at one end of the bar, and seemed slightly agitated when other customers needed her attention. At breakfast, the staff was helpful and prompt with keeping all items available and clean. Shuttle service ran on the half hour. So I had to wait a little at the airport to go to the hotel. It was a very short ride. The driver going back to catch my flight dropped me off right in front of my airline."

"Everything was great other than the noise of the highway. Our room was facing it, so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad on the back side of the property. Clean, pretty, friendly staff, gated parking, and awesome pool area. "

"Not a safe area. The front door main lock didn't work properly. I pick this hotel for the reviews and it was close to my destination but I won't do it again. The pictures looks good but it's not. "

"When we arrived there were several men standing outside entrance drinking and smoking pot. Was not told about pet fee until checkin. WiFi did not work. Breakfast was not available until an hour and a half later than advertised…was supposed to start at 6am. At 8:30, they started bringing some food out and turning on machines. Juice machine out of order. Only fruit available was small, soft apples. When asked about delays, staff were rude. No tea bags for tea, only hot water. Cold water dispenser only had ice in it. Pillows in room were old and lumpy. "

"The rooms are dated and the area around the hotel does not feel entirely safe at night, even though it probably is. No restaurants in walking distance that we could see, but major mall is nearby on the other side of the freeway.Really is more of a motel than a hotel, all rooms are accessed from outdoors. The beds were clean and comfortable, and location is excellent if you need on and off the I75 quickly. Breakfast was below average."
