"Great location right next to the train station and easy access to all the buses and subways. Kyoto station complex has tons of restaurants and shopping malls/dept store and every kinds of shops. The hotel is a huge one and has lots tour groups staying there (busy lobby and breakfast). The room is spacious compared with typical Japanese standard and it was clean."

"Return stay. Was here a few years before the pandemic and it looks the same. Everything clean and working fine. Large hotel across the street from Kyoto station. Easy to get to/from the station. Lots of shopping nearby and places to eat. Breakfast was very good and crowded! This is just a good place to stay if solo or part of a tour. Staff was excellent as usual."

"The room was very clean and the staff was amazing at helping me with any problems I had. It was also super convenient with the shuttle bus to Kyoto Station, which made getting around really easy. On top of that, the hotel had a very calm and comfortable vibe, which I really appreciated after long days out exploring. Everything felt well-maintained and taken care of."
