Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and it's amenities are incredible, they thought of everything. At the lobby, you can enjoy free coffee capsules and it is a rather pleasing lobby.

Great 3 star hotel , apart hotel. Positioned conveniently close to two stations plus if you are not afraid of walking 2 km, you'll be in Kyoto Station. Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to help. Definitely stay again in the future

We appreciated the amenities and the proximity to the Family Mart across the street as well as other convenience stores. The vending machines inside and outside the hotel were a great placement. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. 😊

The property is nice, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was more spacious than I had expected. The hotel was a good place to stay. The challenge was the location. It was a bit of a commute from the Kyoto station and is not visible from a major street. It is in an alley and took effort to find. Overall, a nice and pleasant hotel in an inconvenient location. I did, however, get used to the commute.

Amazing location, friendly staff, and a very clean property. It’s close to Kyoto Station and other local train lines, with plenty of walkable restaurants and a convenience store right across the street. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it!

I stayed here the second time. The hotel building is very clean and sound proof. A good western hotel with Kyoto design. It was a very relaxing stay. Our room had a washing machine, magnetron and mini kitchen. I could cook a noodle soup with veggies. With some children a great choice. It took some time to find right busses. Bus 84 and 81, Karasuma Line and Keihan line. All walking distance.

Lovely hotel with Family Mart across the road and 3 eateries beside hotel. Bus stop is across the road with easy access to Kyoto Station. Or you can walk leisurely to Kyoto Station.
