"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and casino were clean and spacious. Plenty of good places to eat but The Coronado Cafe was our favorite with so many options. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and attentive. We definitely be returning soon."

"I was looking forward to this trip, but I had a bad time. It started with limited room availability even though I was there at 11am. The "manager" says that you are booked 110%. Front desk staff is basic, monotone robots. The sanitizer used in the men's bathroom is unbearable. The sanitizer used in the rest of the building caused me major allergy issues. When mentioned to a staff member, there was no reaction whatsoever. The room was missing shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, pans, and dishes. The paper towels were finished to be fancy, but just had them knotted and it was a pain to undo them. I was really looking forward to the pool but the main pool was half closed the whole time I was there. Both the pool and lazy river had Bees and I was having a major allergic reaction to some of the flora there. Based on this experience I do not want to return. The last time I was there it was better. Even the property survey didn't work properly. I was unable to finish it. This is a copy/paste from that survey response."
