"The biggest issue is the noise level of the doors. They are designed to slam and latch very loud so everyone coming and going at all hrs will definitely wake up everyone on the hall. I assume it's to keep people sleep deprived so they are more likely to make bad decisions and gamble more. Also the amenities like spa, nails and hair salon were under construction but the cost of the room was not reduced to reflect the inconvenience. And most of the employees were complacent at best and some were flat out rude. From front desk, to phone customer service to restaurant staff, everyone seems to hate their job. And most areas smell like cigarettes and cigars."

"The tub was good and clean. We used the washer and dryer good feature yo have. Staff was excellent James was so helpful and friendly."

"Clean room except the supplies in the bathroom need to be refilled. Particularly Hair Conditioner is completely out.. and maybe place an extra hand bar soap. Staff are very friendly"

"I had problems with the TV. It would come back on after turning it off. The maintenance guy could not fix that problem. The TV stayed on through the whole stay. My brother had a hard time sleeping with the TV flickering."
