"The hotel is in a safe area that is very import since sadly a lot of areas in SF are very unsafe. Not to many rest around, but is Next to starbucks! Good parking, if you ride an SUV you are fine here."

"hotel was great, but the surroundings were not as much. we walked to the art museum and had to look down at the sidewalk so we don't step on feces or urine left by the multiple unhoused people in the area. staff were always welcoming. Valet was great and on time when he come to the lobby . Olive in the dining room was attentive and helpful. love the warm breakfast provided"
