A lot of things were not functional: E.g. Shower Drain clogged; TV Channels going in and out; no hot water in sink. Neighborhood felt unsafe. Parking was not behind a closed garage door. I was surprised to learn that a surcharge of $20/day was added when I checked in. Staff said it was for amenities, such as a bottle of water upon checkin. I would recommend seeking a trusted hotel chain instead.

Do not stay with these guys. First parking is limited in their location. Checking in was horrible. We went to eat and came back to no available parking. We were told to find street parking. We drove for an hour to try and find parking! The surrounding streets were full of homeless and dirty. The room has no heat. Just horrible stay.

Very nice staff. False advertising as “newly renovated.” Walls are thin, couldn’t sleep because of noise and half my room was renovated, the other half was in the process with dimensions written on the walls. The rest of the hotel (hallways, elevator, etc.) were old and eerie. Again, very nice and accommodating staff.

Great property for the price at the heart of the city, however the neighbourhood is unsafe due to lot of homeless people and violence. no complaints about the hotel.

Desk staff, Hell everyone working there were very friendly and helpful. But that front desk staff even put up with dumb drunk ass. So they get five stars. Place is nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was undergoing maint or construction while I was there and I never noticed. Thanks and I would recommend if anyone asked
