"The room was nice and well remodeled. But there was no coffee maker, no extra toilet paper or tissue, only about 20 pieces of tissue papers were stuffed in the paper holder, no extra anywhere. I’d say even a motel 6 would at least have a basic coffee maker available. The worst part was, we had 3 people, 2 queens and a sofa bed. There should have been a set of extra bedding for the 3rd guest, but no, nothing. I called the number listed to request one but the wait time on the phone to talk to someone was at least 10 mins. I waited and finally talked to someone, but the bedding never came, I waited and waited, 1 hour later (11pm), nothing, I tried to call again but once again, no one was available to answer the phone. The front desk is located far away, it would have required me to walk 20 mins to get to, so I ended up giving my blanket to my kid and slept with some bath towels covering me. We also visited the pools one evening to find no clean towels available for use- just piles of wet used towels everywhere. I’m shocked that a hotel that looks this nice and established could miss on so many simple items. I don’t plan to stay here again, in fact, I suggest you consider other options as well. The service is non existent. If you need anything, forget it, you are on your own. "

"Was checked in the Habitat Tower (considered newer). But was very average and showed sign of lot of wear and tear. Family pool area is very small and overly crowded even from during weekdays. Front Desk staff are rude doed not provide all details/ misleading info."

"Check in is not great as there are not enough staff so the queue was long. The pool are is nice but they charge to sit in the best areas, I found this pretty bad as I had to pay a resort fee and then the hotel wants extra to sit by the pool. Everything else was great, I would stay here again but hope they stop charging by the pool."
