"I have never stayed at the Bellagio before. The property is beautiful and the fountains with the synchronized music is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and mine overlooked the fountains so it was fun to watch the fountain show even though you could not hear the music from the room. My only complaint is the check-in process. We received an email letting us know it was time to check in but despite repeated attempts we were unable to check in in advance and even though we arrived at 9:30 pm, we waited in line almost 20 minutes to check in.
While minor, the check out feature from the room’s TV did not work so I was able to use my phone but then I did not get a receipt emailed to me as promised so I am having to call to get them to send me the receipt. So, the check in and check out process was a big negative for me. Otherwise, the room and properties are great."
