"The only good part of our stay at the Stratosphere was the person who checked us in at the beginning — they were very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, everything after that was a terrible experience.
The bathroom shower was clogged, the water would not drain properly, and the room was not clean. On top of that, we were charged over $900 on our credit card for alleged smoking in the room, even though we specifically requested a non-smoking room because we do not smoke at all.
Trying to resolve the issue was extremely stressful and time consuming. I even had to cancel my credit card because of the situation. While dealing with this, we also learned that other guests experienced similar problems. Very disappointing experience overall."
