There were several zip cases on each mattress to try to prevent bedbugs which was appreciated (also no signs of the creatures, yay!). The check in was somewhat slow but still took less than 10 minutes. I had booked 6 rooms but had to put a different name down for each room and then that person had to check in for that room, which caused some...
