"This hotel was the Worst , rooms were switched because a broke thermostat we waited for two new rooms all day the kids were kicked out of the pool at 8 and it did not open up until 4 the staff did the best they could with what they had Alicia was a joy but we will never stay here again "

"After Hotels .com messed up changing my reservation, and in turn cancelling it, although still providing a confirmation number and booking id; the Hotel staff helped me out greatly by not charging me extra to book a new room for the nights I needed. All staff ai had an experience with were friendly and as helpful as could be."
