The hotel is very new and great location, easy access to highway 298 and Costco shopping plaza. We hit issue when checked in our room, the safety box closed by previous guest, staff tried few times reset without success, duty manager Daniel quickly solve the issue: refund one night and changed room for the inconvenience.

This is my go to hotel for when I'm visiting family in the area. It is always clean. The the staff is always friendly and helpful. I love having a small kitchen even just for a night or two. It makes traveling with your own food and drinks so easy. The breakfast buffet is great, a nice selection of hot and cold foods. I also like that just a few minutes drive away is a large shopping center with everywhere I shop. Costco, Target, Wegmans and lots of restaurants. There is an arcade next door, if you have any energy left!

We absolutely loved our suite and the staff was outstanding. Kayla the housekeeping supervisor was great and her staff did a wonderful job each time they cleaned, our room was immaculate. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted. The only noise issues had were nothing the staff could control. The Funplex had a big and loud 21+ event one night, and we had an upstairs neighbor for most of our visit who sounded like Sasquatch on steroids, but as annoying as it was, they did abide by quiet hours, so we just tolerated it whenever we were in the room during the day and the staff was very empathetic. We had a fire alarm triggered one morning and the staff was well organized and we were only evacuated for about 10 minutes which was a pleasant surprise as we expected it to take longer to clear. This was our second stay here and we will definitely stay anytime we come home to visit.

I don’t even know where to start! This place was fabulous from the beginning to the end of our trip! When we arrived the front desk person was polite and well versed of all the happenings in the hotel from housekeeping, morning breakfast, and the amenities hours of operation. The room was well maintained and clean upon arrival. Everything you needed was there, pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls and cups. There was a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, as well as burners cook on. Bathroom was well equipped with everything you could need. Honestly, the best part was the staff. All of them were great and pleasant to be around. If we make our way to New Jersey again this is where we will stay.

The staff was extremely friendly, checkin was a breeze. Our suite was beautiful. We were shocked to see all the amenities the room included that were not listed. Breakfast could have been a bit better with some more options. Other than that our only complaint was not having the infant crib we requested for the room but thankfully we brought our own as a back up. Excellent hotel overall. It was right next to a Funplex so double to fun without having to go far
