Hotels near Soseki Park

"The room is extremely small! Very depressing. The bathroom is pathetically small. The shower and sink share the same faucet! The toilet is placed tightly next to the wall that you can only sit diagonally! Absolutely no space to put anything in the room. Suitcases tucked under the bed. If you have a 3rd suitcase, you are screwed! Checkout is at 10:00 am while all other hotels are at 11 or noon. Extended time for a fee. If you are leaving early before breakfast time, they don't offer breakfast togo boxes though we had already paid breakfast. The buffet breakfast was nice and offered a good variety. The pool area is nice and clean."

"We did not pay for the breakfast. The hotel is modern, has a hip feel to it and the location is unbeatable. Amenities we used: coin laundry, luggage transfer service (not part of the hotel). I wish there were better small things that would make our stay (with 2 little kids) more memorable: bottle of water, some kid activity welcome gift/snack, honestly a coloring sheet would do it, but there wasn't anything like that. It would be a nice touch. Everything else was fine, clean, small room, amazing views... Just that one little thing that makes you go...awww that's nice!"

"Was a bit disappointed in the booking, booked for 3, when we arrived stayed rooms were only for two, although I could book online for 3, had to book another room, although charging me for 3 the first time still had to pay full price for the second room and no reduction for the first room. Ripped off "

"Excellent high end hotel with attentive staff and great location for sightseeing. Buffet breakfast might not be worth the cost but it is extremely convenient. "

"Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."

"Sotetsu fresa Higashi is great location is really convenient with it being with in waking distance to few train stations with one being right next to the hotel . There are also a lot of restaurants such as Chinese one next to it, a MacDonald a cross the street and at least 3 convenient stores 2 of which opens 24 hours a day with one block. There's even middle eastern sandwich shop a block or two away. The staff is very accommodating help with my room requests and check in as I came in. The downside is the reception is closed around 12 AM until 5 AM. So I think you may have called them if you're going to be coming in after midnight. Is very clean safe and comfortable if single people or families you want in Shinjuku."

"Super close Tozai line train station just right beside the hotel, another train line was 15 minutes away. 3 Family marts near by. Super quite and comfortable neighborhood. Wonderful amenities. Loved everything about it"
