"Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish and seafood. "

It was clean, very clean, but the doors, the toilet and the small things wasn‘t in my opinion 5 stars worthy."

"The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok."

There were highlights that made the trip special, but also some disappointments that hindered the overall quality. The Highlights: First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Amir for his professional handling of our check-in and for providing us with a free room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. Also, a special shout-out to Irene from the Concierge team. She was beyond excellent—handling all our trip arrangements and securing our a la carte restaurant reservations with such efficiency and a friendly attitude. The resort itself is visually stunning. The landscaping is top-notch, and the Aqua Park, Lazy River, and pools are fantastic. The beach is breathtaking, and the snorkeling directly from the shore was one of the best parts of our stay. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, the dining experience did not match the beauty of the resort. The food quality was poor and lacked variety, which significantly impacted our enjoyment. Additionally, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the linens and towels, which was not up to the expected standard.
