"Prima life was one of the best resorts my family and I have stayed in. From the hospitality, kindness of the workers, to the cleanliness of the space and rooms, I will definitely be returning. The food is great and they offer various options and variety. It’s one of the few resorts that has access directly to the Red Sea and is minutes by foot. The pool was cold so we spent most of the time at the beach. We highly recommend prima life. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms ♥️"

"Amazing hotel, my favourite place to be. Outstanding staff, clean, delicious food, quiet and relaxing , stunning beach and area. I so appreciate the heated pool , so warm, my disabled son loved it as sea was too cool for him. We went at the end of october beginning of november and arrived 2 days earlier as the Manager contacted my daughter to inform us the pool was being heated. This was a god send as the hotel in hurghada we were staying at wouldnt heat their pool until mid november and my son refused to go in as it was freezing. He really knew what we liked from previous year and also upgraded our room. Honestly so thankful to him and all the excellent staff there, they re the very best . "

"Very poor, discourteous and unhelpful. We felt more like an inconvenience than guests. The room was ok, staff not especially helpful or polite. Very keen to gain tips for the slightest bit of help. "

"I was excited to check out this new property but was not as pleased as I would have liked. The room was VERY dusty and our feet got very dirty just walking around. They also put us in a shady back corner swim up on my literal birthday… the dinner buffet was a zoo and had no ambiance, the lights were so bright it was impossible to stay in the room for long. I knew the beach was mainly reef but it all just felt a bit lacking. It has a lot of potential and could be a great spot with some more care for detail. Check in was clunky and our driver was the one to help with our bags etc. instead of the many staff up front. I hope they get it together quickly!"

"This is a very nice resort with three swimming pools, four restaurants, a large beach and beach front bars. As our suite had an individual pool, we did not spend much time around the large public pools. We did use the gym which had sufficient equipments for a workout. Buffet offered large selections. Room was comfortable. If we come back to the Red Sea, we will stay at this resort again. "
