"Excellent location within Stadium MK - I stayed for the marathon event and great for this purpose - some shops and plenty of restaurants in the area - I ate in the Pitchside lounge - parking was £10 for 24 hours which was reasonable (hotel guest special price) - I had breakfast included with my booking - this did not seem to be on their reservation for me and I was asked on a couple of separate occasions if I wanted to add and pay for breakfast which was a little frustrating as I had shown at check in when first asked that my booking had included breakfast. Room was very spacious and clean, good size fridge and tea/coffee/kettle - would definitely stay again"

"Staff on arrival were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the continental breakfast was reasonably good. The 3-stars is for the poor quality of the sleep alone. I booked the Holiday Inn specifically to be near the airport and get a good night's rest before my early flight. Sadly, I discovered the hotel decided to disable the AC and leave only a fan to cool the room, which meant it was very stuffy and warm, and combined with the lumpy pillows, I didn't sleep well at all."

"Very well maintained hotel in a serene golf setting. Lots for kids and adults to do. The pool and spa were one of the best we have been to. The food in the restaurant could do with a bit of improvement."

"The hotel is very close to the the airport with good bus links, but that is the only good thing sadly,the hotel itself is really in need of a total overall, it feels unclean in all public areas, in the room the bathroom drain stank really bad, only one towel each no hand towels, the pillows were thin and uncomfortable, after an hour the television stopped working, the reception staff did move us to another room but again the drains in the bathroom smelt really bad! Overnight parking was £13!!! Too expensive!! The breakfast was average for £12. This hotel needs investment and this is by far the worst ibis Hotel I have stayed in."

"Can't speak highly enough of my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I didn't get the name of the guy at the counter but he helped sort out a cot for my daughter as well as a mini-fridge, really felt he went the extra mile. Room itself was quiet and clean and in great condition. My only small complaints (and this is minor stuff): breakfast is just ok, when you get out of bed in the night there is a light that turns on automatically - I saw elsewhere in the reviews that people liked this but I like my room dark so I would this quite annoying, it would be good if there was an option to swtich it off (this may exist and I just missed it). Overall though great stay and I would not hesitate to reccommend staying here."

"The room was ready when we got there around 11:30, before the noon check in time (also a great perk since most hotels don't allow check in until 3 or later). Parking is on the road but there was plenty and the road felt very safe/quiet. The staff were very helpful and I don't realise breakfast was included in our stay which was another nice perk. Especially for the total price. You can get into central London in 30 mins on the tube so for the price of the room compared to anything closer in, it's well worth it. The bathroom is a bit tired decor wise but not horrendous or anything, our shower just didn't drain all the well and the showerhead could do with a replacement but other than that it was fine. Comfy enough bed with great pillows. Can't complain at all and will definitely use the hotel again when we need to be in London. "

"Been to a few hotels in the area and I can't lie this was by far the best. Located right next to the mall so everything I needed was a walk away, the ambience was simply amazing. And the staff were amazing seriously, these guys give above and beyond a new meaning. Paticularly, a receptionist named Sab or Sabia (sorry I'm not good with names) but she was warm, polite and incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay. If I should ever visit luton again, I'll definitely be seeking their facility. She may not read this but it needs to be said, thanks for all your help Sabia.🙏"
