Liked everything about the hotel. Keep on doing what you are doing. Only thing I would change is the menu was a little limited and if you didn’t much care for the food on the menu you are stuck. Also the walls were a little thin so all sounds carried I could hear people talking in the room next to me. Beds were really comfortable .

We had a lovely quiet bedroom at the end of a corridor. The only thing we could hear were sheep! Comfortable bed, powerful shower and clean room. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Pleasant atmosphere, good location and friendly staff. Would stay again when in this area.

Hotel is tired. Staff lovely. There isn’t much to do locally so you need to jump into the car for food options as there is only one restaurant open.

We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and all freshly cooked. Our room was spacious, and very close to the spa, late afternoon swims and relaxing in the sauna and steam room was a luxury. We ate each evening in the dining room lots of choice, staff were very attentive and food was delicious.

Extremely good experience at Horwood House. Everything from the greeting at reception to housekeeping was faultless. Stayed in a deluxe king room which was as expected but above all, very clean and well maintained. Would stay again if in the area. They had the most attentive and polite staff I've ever encountered in a hotel.
