"The room is very clean. The staffs are courteous. The wifi is very good. Please do give clear instruction at check on a separate instruction slip on how to and which WIFI to use. The breakfast is just right, and a balance of items. However the coffee maker machine has a long line due to the making per cup of coffee make time. Please consider adding an additional coffee maker machne."

I thought the shower was clean until I started to step in and noticed the floor was filthy gray. The carpet was a bit crunchy, the bed was comfortable and the tiled entry seemed clean."

"I recently stayed at Executive Inn Hotel in Milpitas, California. The overall condition of the property was decent, and the check-in process stood out with friendly and efficient service. The room itself was clean, and all the basic amenities worked well—the air conditioning, water heater, and TV were all functioning properly, which made the stay comfortable at first. However, the experience took a major downturn when I discovered a few cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, this completely overshadowed the positives. Cleanliness is a top priority when staying at any hotel, and this issue made it difficult to feel comfortable for the remainder of my stay. While the staff and basic facilities were satisfactory, the pest problem needs urgent attention. I hope management addresses this issue, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience."
