If you’re a first-time guest at this property, be very precise when placing your breakfast order with the cook. Unfortunately, the cook has an attitude and can come across as unfriendly. Overall, however, the staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team and servers—are excellent and provide outstanding service.

The room was so spacious and comfortable, very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really more than I was expecting. Everything was fresh and there were lots of options. Most hotels that accept dogs don’t put you in a nice room. These rooms had all that we needed and more. The room was lovely! I will always look for an Element any time I travel - with or without our fur babies!
