"As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell. The odor was so bad and felt uncomfortable, and it made our stay very unpleasant from the start. We could not sleep properly overnight. The bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for rest, especially after arriving late. Since we checked in late, we had no other choice but to stay, which was very disappointing. The room did not match the photos shown in the advertisement at all. What was advertised online looked much better than the actual room we received. Additionally, the rooms facing the freeway are extremely noisy. Traffic noise could be heard all night, making it impossible to get peaceful sleep. On top of that, paying for parking was a waste of money, considering the poor quality of the stay overall. Overall, this experience was not worth the price, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone looking for comfort and quiet."

"Great location! Great amenities! We love this place! Easy walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios and has several pools and activity games for family to play! Great for family! "

"Our room was visibly updated and very clean. Perfect for myself and 2 teenage boys. The shower was unique with 2 different shower heads and great pressure. Beds were comfortable. Thermostat worked great. The location was perfect for visiting parks, specifically Universal for us. We had walking access to local restaurants and stores but also public transportation to other places. Would definitely stay again."
