"We were first in a room that had a strong mildew smell, and when brought to the attention of the staff we were promptly moved to another available room that was immaculate. The conbini downstairs was very convenient, as the hotel is a bit far from other stores. However, there are options for taxis and a shuttle bus from here. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is extremely convenient for anyone arriving or leaving via Haneda Airport. The facilities are great, the staff are friendly and accommodating, there is a free laundry to catch up on washing, and convenience stores within the same building."

"This is the best hotel ever stayed, for family of 5 (6,12 & 15 years old) staff is super nice and welcome. Drug store, foods, 7/11, Starbucks, & family mart just down stair. Train station is close by, Tokyo dome just 5-8 min walk. Highly recommended. "
