"This is our go to hotel whenever we stop over Japan for a day or two, we never stay at other hotels, we love the convenience and ease to transport and we can simply hop on the terminal transfer to explore other restaurants at terminal 2. The spa is a plus."

"We absolutely loved our three-night stay at this beautiful new hotel 2026 near Tokyo DisneySea! It’s modern, stylish, and best of all, not covered in Disney characters everywhere, which gave it a much more sophisticated feel. The view from our room was spectacular, especially at night when we could watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel. Maybe not the best location but with the free shuttle bus to the train station, Disney Resort Line, and shopping mall, making it incredibly easy to get around and just minutes away. The hotel had everything we needed, including a washing machine in the room, which was such a bonus while travelling. The pool was beautiful, and the whole hotel was comfortable, clean. Everyone was helpful and very polite at the front desk and the restaurant. Back in Canada, we will definitely recommend this hotel."

"The airport shuttle is not as convenient or as helpful as before. Last when I arrived at Haneda on an early morning flight and out of Haneda in the late evening, I was able to hop on the shuttle both way to and forth.But this time around the shuttle only drop off from hotel to the airport in the morning am and pick up passengers from airport to the hotel in afternoon and evening. Which means one would have to get to and from the airport on their own if you arrived early and departed late . However on the website it’s still indicated as ‘Free Airport Shuttle’ which did not indicate the time window of operation."

"Excellent hotel! Staff were delightful and it was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities (including pyjamas!). It was an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Disneysea was further on foot (about a 40 minute walk) but it was simple to get a taxi and you can be there in 5 minutes. We had a Family Room and it was surprisingly spacious and enough room for my family of four. Thank you for having us!"
