"Booking was canceled in property’s own system without cancelling in hotels.com. Property never replied messages. "Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. "I can't recommend the Tobu Hotel Levant enough. The location is great, relatively quiet but still with lots to do. Very close to a train station so super easy to travel around Tokyo. There's also a convenient direct bus to Disneyland/Disneysea. We booked a triple room with two beds + sofa bed and it was a really good size with comfortable beds. Best of all was the incredible view of the Skytree we had on the 20th floor. We stayed for nearly two weeks and never got bored of the view. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice. There's plenty of nice places to eat on the road just outside the hotel and a familymart + 7/11 just seconds away from the lobby (and a Lawson just slightly further away)"

"Our stay at the Urayasu Brighton was superb! We booked it for a Tokyo Disney trip and were attracted by it's location close to the train station and the free park shuttle. From the moment you arrive, you know this property is well maintained with pride. The staff looked and performed very professionally. We arrived before check-in time and left our luggage with the bell desk and were given a note card to show when we returned later at check-in time to get room keys. The hotel had already moved our bags into the room! The process was so simple and what a relief! Our room was comfortable and the bathroom generous with integrated shower and tub which we immediately took advantage of. The hotel provided bath soaking salts and we also got a bath bomb from the nearest drugstore. Breakfast was superb and perfect way to start the day! The variety of dishes and quality was excellent! On this trip, we had to add an additional day to our stay which meant we had to move rooms, and the staff was already aware when we did the initial check-in and made that transition as easy as possible as well. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that part of Tokyo!"

"Not enough amenities, they even sell the toothbrush kits. The laundry room was NOT ventilated properly. Once all the dryers are used, it literally can be a sauna. I’ve stayed in a hotel close to the Tokyo station and they provided from shaver kits to a whole set of skincare. They don’t clean the room not unless your stay is more than 6 nights. So we used the same towels for 6 nights. No smoking area/room as well."

"We had a wonderful stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable for our family. The rooms were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was outstanding—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The selection was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and a great way to start each day. The location is excellent. The hotel is directly across from Tokyo Skytree and just steps away from the train station, bus stops, and easy access to taxis, making it extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. Thank you for a fantastic stay! 😊🏨🗼"

"Great hostel. The in-room kitchen was nice, as was the shared kitchen. We didn't use either as there are so many restaurants nearby. The Italian restaurant at the end of the street was particularly lovely. We appreciated the vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet but would have liked a little more day-to-day variety."
