"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

"We loved the Oriental Hotel! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service was amazing. The first night we were there I felt like the AC wasn’t that cold. They immediately sent someone to check it out. They checked and cleaned the AC duct and it was instantly better. The amenities are really great too. They provide toiletries and pajamas. There is a laundry room, Lawson, and even free Disney transport. It’s close to a mall and the train/subway station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."
"The staff was super friendly and the hotel was perfect for my one night stay. Very central and close to the sky tree train station. Very quiet area and I really enjoyed my stay. "
"I’ve stayed at this hotel three times. Every time I come to Japan I book my stay here. There is a Lawson across the street and a shopping mall a block or two away. The location is ideal and the staff have always been very helpful with any request I have. The train station is 5-10 minutes on foot and the Sobu line can take you directly to hot spots like Akihabara and Shinjuku. "
"Very clean and easy to get to. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was very basic but good. Room was comfort able for 1 and had everything I needed. "
"Super clean unlike many hotels I have stayed, love the location, staff , bedroom all was very impressive. Well done, this is my new favorite hotels to stay at. "
