We had a great stay! The building itself is new and clean, and the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities are great, lots of shopping around, and extremely accessible by train with the closest station literally a minute‘s walk. Good restaurants and grocery very close by(the Indian restaurant around the corner is fantastic), just an all round great experience. Highly recommend!!

"Only bummer was not being able to go out and see the Godzilla. It’s been closed since November last year and is still, so if that’s the reason you wanna book- don’t. Otherwise, amazing hotel and the proximity to shinjuku station is UNBEATABLE. Night time is busy and not very kid friendly but also ..."

"The room was very comfortable and large by Japanese standards. I stayed in a Premier Grand floor and enjoyed the extra amenities and the lounge which offered a nice quiet breakfast area. The other breakfast restaurants are full and have lines to get in. The staff was very professional and warm."
