"I have stayed at this hotel for three different occasions with no issues whatsoever until now. I booked a multiple-bed, suite for my family of five but the room had a water/leak bulge on the ceiling above one of the beds, then flakes of paint were falling on the nightstand and bed. The room also had a loose top hinge on the main door (card entry door), which broke the morning after our first night. The door would not close and had to be left halfway open until maintenance arrived to repair the top hinge which was also a safety issue for the children. On top of that, we weren’t offered room service and we had to ask for bags, towels, and a broom."
