"The balcony, view and easy accessibility to the beach far make up for anything else. If you have any physical limitations I suggest you make sure you are on the ground level. The staff were great. We arrived off the road several hours before check-in and they allowed us to check-in early. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Valet service excellent but hotel quite dirty from entrance tiles filthy with dirt, stains. Chairs in lobby stained, hallway rugs absolutely filthy (took photos) handful of pistachio shells on floor outside my room & still there when I left 2 days later, pool dominated with large pool toys floating for 2 days, pool deck filthy with stains, refuse. Guests allowed coolers, large toys around pool area. Area for guests dogs full of trash dog feces although hotel had garbage can , disposal bags but no cleanup. Very dirty property will not recommend to anyone. Too many nicer hotels and this is NOT beachfront must cross highway to beach. Spoke with”property engineer” and he acknowledged problems but offered no solution just shrugged."

"All rooms are suites with a complete kitchenette including a table and chairs. The beds are super comfortable and the linens are soft. From our kitchen window and back door, which we often left open to feel the breeze, we could see the Gulf. I often sat on our shared covered patio to watch the water in the heat of the afternoon. We walked over to the little bar area, which offers amazing pizza, and sat in the loungers to watch the sunset. The front desk staff made excellent coffee every morning and were always kind and professional. The young lady who came by each afternoon to see if we needed anything was AMAZING. Overall, while the hotel is older and the living room furniture is dated, the view, staff, and amenities made up for any shortcomings. "
