"Severely disappointed in this stay!! The parking was terrible. There were MAYBE 40 parking spaces. I was told they owned the restaurant and the Ramada next door and could park there but who wants to walk that far with their luggage. Also, those spaces were full. The elevators were dark and one of the buttons was broken. The room I was in backwards, in my opinion. The suite I had, had the bedroom on the side of entry and the living room on the balcony side. One of the beds was right on top of the air conditioning unit, the door to the room wouldn't close due to one of the beds being in the way. This was a problem because the light in the living area wouldn't shut off. The toilet didn't flush completely, so flushing 2 or 3 times after using it was necessary. The shower was grimy, but I never stay anywhere without shower shoes. There was liquid in the kitchen floor and I cleaned it up only to find that the flour was FILTHY. The rag that I used to get up the liquid had to be thrown away it was so black with dirt. The door to the balcony was missing a hinge and barely locked. Long story short, even if this property were to offer to pay me to stay, I would not ever again in life, stay at this property again. It was too over priced to be so underwhelming and disappointing."

"This room had no phone, the coffee machine had no coffee pot and the beds were horrible. The electricity went off mins after I arrived. I felt very unsafe staying here so I went to another hotel. I tried to get a refund, but they said they could not give me one. I would not recommend this place for anyone."
Chateau Beachfront Hotel, A By The Sea Resort

"We arrived and the room was filthy. We were not offered to have it cleaned until our second trip back to the front desk, at which time we checked out. We spent 30 minutes there but still had to pay the first night and was presented with attitude when trying to get the rest refunded. There was hair in the tub, poop on the balcony (looked like dog), sink was busted, and sheets did not look like they had been changed. Much more than that; but, that was the main highlights. Very disappointing, considering we have stayed in the past and had no issues."

"It was not clean there was mold all over the ceiling. The pictures on Expedia were definitely AI generated the used AI to make the property look clean and up-to-date. Would not recommend."

"I thought I was getting an ocean view but instead was facing the pool with screaming kids most of the evening,’. The sheets on one of the beds had blood on the sheets and pillow case. I’m on crutches and one of the elevators was one. Hard to get to get around."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Easy beach access. Lovely pool that never felt over crowded, my two teenagers enjoyed it. And breakfast was amazing mg. Would totally come back and stay again."
