"The location of the apartment is great. It is close to a lot of attractions and shopping centers. Right outside the gate, it is newly opened the LV flagship store, Zhang Yuan is also right outside of another gate. It is also 1km to the nanjinglu shopping district. The apartment is very clean and roomy. The check-in process is very easy. The TYMS management is very good and helpful. We left some clothes in the apartment and they helped to shipped them to our hotel in Beijing."

"The property is not located at the address mentioned by Expedia, the taxi driver had to call to owner of the property to get the correct address after driving around for one hour while we had to pay the taxi fee. The building is dirty and the entrance smells like sewer. The 3 beds in the apartment are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is dirty and moldy. As per the description, there is a 55 inch tv in the apartment, which is not correct, as there is only a projector. "

"The place it's dirty they don't change the sheets to wash them, we found many hairs on the beds and one of room the smell of cigarettes was too strong. On the shower also found several hairs and dry soup., signal of not being washed. Etc i could keep going but end of the story i called to cancel but the owner didn't approve but i still left early in the morning i didn't get my money back nor my deposit. SCAM"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent dinner and breakfast selection. Some rooms are very far from the lift lobby but fortunately the hotel offers trolleys to bring luggage to the rooms and airport terminals. Wish there was coffee and not only tea provided in the rooms."
