All rooms were clean when I checked in. The staff was very helpful since it was my first time to stay in a residential area in China, and had a lot of questions, ie how to open the door, how to use the washing machine, etc. The staff answered my questions within a minute.

The location of the apartment is great. It is close to a lot of attractions and shopping centers. Right outside the gate, it is newly opened the LV flagship store, Zhang Yuan is also right outside of another gate. It is also 1km to the nanjinglu shopping district. The apartment is very clean and roomy. The check-in process is very easy. The TYMS management is very good and helpful. We left some clothes in the apartment and they helped to shipped them to our hotel in Beijing.
