"This place is a hidden gem. The rooms were lovely and clean. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, so helpful and accommodating. If you need it, they will get it for you. There were so many little thoughtful things, like a stack of pool towels in your room, spf cream dispenser at the pool, a lovely outdoor restaurant. They really take care of all the details. 100% we will be back. "

"We could not stay at this property. The stairway exit doors were broken and did not lock (serious safety concern) the key card reader on our door was malfunctioning, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling well. There was a transit individual Rummaging in the outside trash can. I didn’t feel the facility was safe for myself and my special needs son."

"The best thing about the place was the price. The staff was good. The condition of the property was in poor condition and very run down. We will not be staying there again."

"Staff acted like they didn't want to talk to you. Check-in behind glass and gave off an unwelcoming feel. There was a car parked outside our room window that began to play music very loudly at 12:30am. We put up with it for about an hour before calling the front desk 4-5 times to get it addressed before the front desk said they would go out and see what's going on "themselves" about 3:30am when it finally stopped. I don't think they even tried to do anything about it before then because we heard them go out and back in after our final call."
