"The room I was in looked nothing like the above room. Small slats in the floor were missing. Entire place needed paint."

"I have stayed at this property many times in the past, but it has been several years. The rooms were clean, but showing wear and outdated. The pool was green and full of algae and unusable. The rooms that back to the freeway are noisy, especially at night. You can hear all the cars on the freeway. This would be a nice, centrally located property if it was updated and renovated with new furniture and carpet. "

"No coffee machine, glasses, coat hangers, hairdryer, iron or board, tv didn’t work, bedside lamp broken with bared wires, noisy due to highway right outside, pool not open until April On a positive, very comfortable bed, clean bedding, very friendly staff, "

"The pictures do not match the property or rooms. It was in a sketchy neighborhood, the pool was drained and dried. We ended up staying somewhere else. They're is no way id let my family stay here. "

"The hotel is alright, the location is dodgy, they fail to mention the homeless shelter and surrounding homeless population. Signs say park at your own risk, at the hotel you pay too much to stay at. Pool looks much better in the photos. Stay elsewhere if possible."

"We liked the breakfast that gives healthy choices and real food. Room was good size and all in order. One thing we noticed was bit dark in the room especially bathroom. We didn’t have a chance to use pool but looked great. Hotel located away from the street, so it was nice and quiet in our unit and pool area. For the price, it’s very decent we’d use it again if we were in the area!"

"We stayed for 6 nights. The room was big. I liked that some dishes and silverware were provided and some other items if you were to buy food to save money and make in the room. Bed was comfortable. Staff who worked there was nice. Gym was small but got the job done. Plenty of laundry options (we didnt use them just saw them). I will say the inside could use a makeover. Some fresh paint, new carpet/flooring, and new furniture. The air conditioning unit in our room looked like someone did a DIY to get it running from the living room to the bedroom. Would suggest getting an HVAC company to make it right. Finally the hot tub dial was broken so we couldnt use it. Another guest let the front desk know the first day we were there but nothing was fixed which was a bummer. "
