Every single thing about this hotel was phenomenal. I didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was spotless. The entrance/parking is a tiny bit confusing but this was an absolutely gorgeous hotel, the food and drinks are great, and they even have a top golf sim! We will be staying here again!

The dining / bar staff were great especially the staff my first night on the 24th. The burger was delicious. The single most disappointing issue was that the pool was closed my entire stay! I booked it for this very reason! It’s winter and it’s warm in Phoenix. I came from -25 weather, it found it unprofessional that I wasn't even notified by email a few days before. I stayed from December 24th to 29th and my room was only refreshed once (the first 2 days 24th & 25th I put the Dnd sign up). Yesterday, Dec 28th I got a knock with a loud voice “room service?!” from the cleaning manager (waking me up) at 9:15am asking if I wanted room service, I said “yes please, give me a little bit”. I was out by 10am… checked in around noon, they haven’t touched my room no problem. I gave some hints by leaving a garbage bag outside. Came back at 2pm, garbage bag gone but my room still hadn’t been touched - I left another bag of garbage outside and went back in the lobby. I wanted to be back in my room so at 4pm I went back up - garbage bag was gone again, room untouched. The maid was next door but I couldn't wait any longer so I went in and put the DND sign out. The gym was fantastic, there’s no room service for ppl who care about this. The top golf suite was fantastic.

I would definitely stay at the Element again. The ambiance in the hotel was awesome. The room was great. Only thing I would recommend and it's a women thing. To add a full-length mirror somewhere in the room or bathroom. The bed was too soft for my liking was good for my back. Great location.

This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was great. I did find a few hairs on my towels. We were told the room is cleaned every other day but I had to call the front desk every time I needed the room clean. On the day we left we had 3 sets of dirty towels on the bathroom floor. My biggest complaint is cleanliness & a good cleaning schedule.

We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). The staff informed us they were sold out, no other rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia, Expedia blames the hotel. I’m not sure where the money spent on the larger room went?? The pool was cold (it says heated) and the lobby spelled very bad. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the staff and customer service were very, very bad.
