"We are a retired couple & have been staying at City View once or twice a year for the past few years. This time we were upgraded to a Premium plus room, which was well appreciated. I like that the staff are professional & helpful, it’s an affordable accommodation for our budget, located conveniently for our travels, to & from the airport as well as restaurants & places like the Ladies Night market is only 5 mins walk from the hotel. It is always kept very clean & updated, fresh towels & the cleaning team is always pleasant & cheerful. It is an Ecco friendly environment, water can be obtained from a water cooler near front desk. I really enjoy staying at CityView! Thank you to the team there!"

"Like the location, close to Victoria Harbor and Nice restaurants. Shopping is extremely easy. Room is clean and quiet. The cleaning lady is very diligent and doing excellent job. Only disappointment is the room Hair Drier cord is tripped in the back of the draw, unable to use the Hair Drier at all. Report to the front desk in person and told the clean lady on the problem. Never have any response or action. Didn’t use the hair drier whole stay!"

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."
