The traffic kept us up all night, there is no staff on site to help with anything and the room smelled like dog a cigarettes. I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency.
