"We had the suite on the 23rd floor and it was so spacious. Two toilets room and shower and bath room. The beds were so comfortable. The room was so clean. The property is close to Mapo community which is very convenient for food and shopping. Close to good cafes. Love the place."

"NEGATIVE: confusing when we got there since Lobby is at the 21st floor and no concierge at the first floor. With 6 luggages between 4 guests, no one to help bring the luggages in and up to the lobby. There was no automatic door so dragging the luggages through the door is a bad first impression. ..."
