"No complaints with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. They were also good at English. The room was clean, but the hallways and bathroom had a sewage smell. There was continuous drainage noise from the next room that was loud. It woke me up at 2 in the morning because it got louder all of a sudden. Overall it was an okay stay but it would not be my first choice in Seoul."

The service was A+ and staff went above and beyond at each step of our stay. I'd like to add that we were celebrating our honeymoon and received a handwritten congratulations note in our room, which was incredibly thoughtful and a wonderful touch. Thank you for that! Our state was overall wonderful and would definitely return. Highly recommend."
