"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "
"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking

Alexanderplatz is a marvellous example of 1960s architecture and a centralised meeting place within Berlin that’s particularly popular with local residents.
Torched by Hitler, bombed by Britain and stormed by the Russians, the seat of German power has risen again as a symbol of a united, progressive Germany.
The infamous, tempestuous story of the Berlin Wall is covered in this outdoor museum, which provides an insight into one of the world’s most famous constructions.
"Given the negative reputation of most airport hotels, we were pleasantly surprised by this gem. Check-in was quickly and easily accomplished via kiosk. The room was clean and comfortable. We checked out with a staff member who was professional and friendly; and walked to the airport. We highly recommend the InterCity Berlin Term 1+2."
"Very comfortable stay. Not quite in the heart of the action but well connected to the rest of the city. Room was clean and comfortable, WiFi was good, staff was friendly. "
